Firstly, Contact Us via our website or call us. Make sure we have a number to call you back on, so that we can discuss with you what you and your group are looking for.

We will discuss all aspects of your impending trip with you including location, timing, budget, access points, vertical, pre and post skiing etc, and create a tailor made Customer Proposal that we will email you detailing all of the information about the recommended operator. This may have a few options.

From there, we will seek your feedback. If there are changes to be made, we will update the Customer Proposal. If not, we will double check availability with the operator and then send you a Total Heliski Booking Pack. This has all of the information you need to book your dream heliski tour of a lifetime.

Your seat at your chosen heliski or catski operator will be confirmed upon receipt of both your Booking Pack and your deposit payment confirmed.

Depending on the operator’s booking terms, final payment can be anything between 60 and 90 days before your tour commences. The earlier you book, the better we can find you, your desired dates.
