Total Heliski Show and Competition – T&Cs

All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as part of your entry to the competition being run by total Heliski as part of the Total Heliski Show 2011.

The Total Heliski Show is a private event, and as such, Total Heliski have the right to refuse entry to any one at any time.

Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person, unless a raffle ticket is purchased to support Total Heliski’s nominated charity Snow-Camp in order to purchase more chances to win.

The first prize is a 3 day all-inclusive heliski tour for one person during 2012, subject to availability. Total Heliski reserve the right to alter the dates of the heliski tour or offer a tour of equivalent value to the winner in order to accommodate the operators operational requirements.

The winner will need to make their way to and be available for departure from the heliski operator’s base on the day and time to be specified at a later date.

The winner will be required to sign a risk and release waiver by Total Heliski and by our operator before they participate otherwise they will forfeit their prize. It is highly recommended that the prize winner purchases Heliski specific travel insurance which can be recommended by Total Heliski. Winners need to be a competent skier or boarder capable of fulfilling the heliski prize. This means they can ski or board red and black runs with confidence and equally have suitable experience skiing off piste in powder conditions.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The winners will be required to participate in publicity photos, videos, and write a short blog of their experience for use by Total Heliski and our prize partners.

By participating in the contest you agree to becoming a member of Total Heliski. You also permit relevant news and offers to be sent to you from time to time by our Show partners listed on the website.
